Deliveries
We deliver 6 days a week and with a range of truck sizes available, can meet your requirements (provided site access permits). We will do our best to accommodate same day delivery request but best to book a day or two in advance to secure your preferred delivery window. We will provide you with an estimated delivery time on a best endeavours basis although there are many variables that can cause delays.
We can deliver two bulk products as a split load to minimise delivery cost (subject to the quantities needed). If you are unsure of how to order a split load, please call 07 3267 7178 to discuss your options. Our experienced drivers will do their best to tip the separate products, but we can’t guarantee that split loads will be perfectly separated (some mixing may occur).
Deliveries are generally tipped on the driveway or footpath if access permits. However, no responsibility can be taken if damage is caused to the property (above or below ground), after leaving the public carriageway. Whilst we take great care when entering your property or work site, we do not accept liability for any damage caused.
Our drivers may request that you sign a waiver at the time of delivery if the access to the delivery area is deemed unsafe, risk of damage or risk of a stranded truck requiring rescue. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if the conditions are deemed unsafe or difficult. In such cases a restocking and delivery fee will apply at the buyer’s expense.
The minimum clearance for a delivery will vary by truck size but broadly speaking our minimum requirement for our largest truck is 3.25 meters in width, 3.5 meters in height and 5 meters in tipping clearance. If site access is tight, please call to discuss the best sized truck for your delivery.
Paver and Block deliveries
Subject to quantity most paver or block deliveries will incur additional delivery charge or will be delivered direct by the manufacturer on their trucks which are fitted with a forklift or crane. Adbri Masonry have a $119.90 set surcharge delivery fee for the Brisbane Metro area for deliveries under 3 tonnes (no surcharge for deliveries over 3 tonne). Most deliveries are to the nature strip only. If you need the forklift to take your products into your property, you may need to be onsite to sign a waiver for their driver. It is your responsibility to arrange access and provide any traffic control required.
Turf deliveries
Our supplier Twin View Turf can deliver 6 days a week to Brisbane metro area for $150 + GST. For smaller amounts you can order turf direct to our yard on a Friday or Saturday free of delivery charge. You can collect turf from our yard or we can deliver. Please note we will charge an additional handling fee for turf deliveries, whilst you can add turf deliveries to bulk product deliveries such as soil, mulch and gravel.
Special Orders
We understand that our standard product range and volumes may not be suitable for all situations. Don’t hesitate to give us a call on 07 3267 7178 to discuss options regarding bulk deliveries for your project. Lead times for unstocked products can range from 1 day to 3 weeks so please let us know ASAP and we will provide a quote and expected lead time.
Cancellation of Orders, Refunds and Exchanges
At Nudgee Road Landscape Supplies, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality landscape materials and services while adhering to local regulations including our obligations under Queensland’s Fire Ant regulations.
No refunds once materials have left our yard.
If you have purchased landscape materials but have not yet taken possession (has not been loaded onto your vehicle or delivered), you may request a refund, exchange or credit. Refunds over the value of $250.00 will be issued by direct deposit within 5 working days regardless of how the initial payment was made.

Faulty Goods
